A workshop on managing & unifying the four energies of a human life

This day-long Mindful Living workshop is designed to bring awareness and union to the four energies that make up our human life—those of the body, mind, emotion, and subtle energy. When we are not in control of our energies, we are living by accident rather than living intentionally. Most often we are the passenger being driven through life at the whim of our patterned thinking and emotional reactions.

In this Mindful Living workshop, you will learn methods to manage and unify these four

energies, enabling you to sit in the driver’s seat and take control of your life’s direction and destination.

Through this practice, you will be able to break old patterns, create new ones, and live from a place of mindfulness and, ultimately, joy. Through light physical movement, meditative practice, and guidance in emotional behavioral awareness, this workshop will help you recognize any discord and imbalance in your energies and learn how to manage and harmonize them.

Ed Williamson was born in Ireland and moved to the U.S. in 1985. A seeker of spiritual truth from an early age, Ed has pursued the spiritual path throughout his life.

Ed is an accomplished martial artist, having studied for more than 25 years, and has trained with top masters in Karate, Kobudo, and Tai Chi.

At the center, Ed teaches Tai Chi and Mindful Living for adults and teenagers.  He also meets with people who are seeking a meaningful spiritual path to guide and support their journey in Mindful Living private sessions.

Ed is the founder of Pathways Mindful Living and Wellness , which has been a part of his life’s work in helping others discover, learn, and practice the ways of love, compassion, and kindness.

Ed has presented retreats, seminars, and talks on martial arts, Tai Chi, wellness, and the spiritual path.
