The owners, Heather Chase (a gardener and clinical herbalist) and Russ Van Deursen (permaculture designer and gardener) take their sourcing seriously. Their produce is sourced from their own permaculture farm and other local organic farmers whenever available. When unavailable locally, they source only 100% organic produce, beans, grains, and seeds. They use local, organic eggs, bake their own organic bread, and purchase their meats and cheeses as regionally as possible and always naturally and humanely raised.
We are happy to accommodate special requests and dietary needs and offer a number of gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant-based options.
We have takeout as well as a dining room and patio seating with a full breakfast & lunch menu including craft beer + wine.
